‘Something creative, fun and a little competative’ was the brief from The Cotswold Conference Centre who were organising a break-out activity for one of their corporate clients. The Quality Assurance team had been hard at work in the conference suit and required an indoor activity to complement the figure crunching.

We turned up with our four potter’s wheels, floor covering and bags of inspirational ideas and techniques for the participants to sample. Everybody threw a pot or two on the wheel as well as creating some wonderful, hand modelled objects. The company had also just launched a competition for employees to design a new public sculpture for the factory entrance – A golden opportunity indeed for a bit of creative play and design work.
